Zone 1 : France métropolitaine, Monaco, Andorre
Zone 2 : European union, Switzerland, Norway
Zone 3 : DOM: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy.

OhMyLuckyDay.com had chosen the French post as its supplier of delivery services.
We guaranty to dispatch your order  in 48 hours (2 business days) after the validation of payment.
After shipment you'lle receive an e-mail with the package reference number, which you can follow at the post website.

Zone 1 :
Packages are sent by “colissimo”. arrival to your shipping address in 48h.
shipment charges per package: 7.40€.

Zone 2:
Packages are sent by “colissimo international”.
shipment charges per package: 17.15€.

Zone 3 :
Packages will be sent by “colissimo outré-mer”.
shipment charges per package: 16.65€.

For any more items added and sent in the same package, we take the delivery costs on our charge.
You’ll be charged only the basic delivery price, as above.

Collecting your article at the boutique “Bonnie et Clyde ” in Lyon is also possible, and free of charge.

Please bring with you an ID and the invoice.
Your article will be presented at the boutique 48 hours after payment.

Buying without risk: satisfied or refunded.
If, from any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you may send it back to us and be refunded.
The product should be in perfect state, and in its original packaging.
Returns should be made within 10 days, from the date you’ve received the package.
After receiving back the product, refund will be made in 2 business days, in the same method you've chosen to pay (credit card, check or Paypal). Delivery costs will not be refunded.
